2020.10– PROTEST

The Kirkland Gallery recognizes the challenging and critical times that our society is facing. We are witnessing debates and discussions, rightfully voiced by GSD students, on the role of designers in participating and taking action to create a more equitable world. As a response to these matters, we decided to launch an open call for our next collective online exhibit, entitled “PROTEST.” In the exhibition, we will open up the gallery’s virtual site as a platform to display creative protest signs, designed by students, that voice concerns and raise awareness on crucial issues.
